1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mailbuttons (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Code Cutter Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08453060) with registered office at Unit 96 The Maltings Business Centre, Stanstead Abbotts, Ware, Herts, SG12 8HG, trading as Mailbuttons (the "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Mailbuttons is an email-infrastructure platform for AI agents that enables users to:

• Automate email routing and processing using artificial intelligence
• Configure custom email handling rules and workflows
• Integrate with third-party email services and applications
• Monitor and analyze email processing performance
• Manage email domains and routing configurations

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited commercial email, or bulk email
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Process emails containing sensitive personal information without proper safeguards

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Customers processing personal data of third parties through the Service are additionally subject to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms when executed.

Mail Buttons operates with EU and UK data residency by default. Customer data, including email content traversing our infrastructure and associated audit logs, is stored within the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

We implement security controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
• Role-based access controls and authentication
• Tamper-evident audit logging of agent and administrative actions
• Documented incident response and breach notification procedures
• Compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR and applicable data protection laws

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Code Cutter Limited (trading as Mailbuttons) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Fees

Access to paid features requires payment of subscription fees. The Service is offered on two billing models: (a) self-serve subscriptions purchased via the dashboard and billed in advance on a monthly basis; and (b) sales-led subscriptions purchased under a separate written agreement, typically billed annually in advance. Current tiers, features and prices are published on the pricing page or in your written order form. Stripe, our payments processor, handles all card transactions.

7.2 Payment Processing

• Fees for a billing period are non-refundable in respect of partial months
• We may change self-serve fees with 30 days' notice; contracted prices for sales-led customers are fixed for the term of the agreement
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period; persistent non-payment results in downgrade to the free evaluation sandbox or termination
• VAT and other applicable taxes are added where required by law

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a self-serve subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion. Refunds outside this policy are at our discretion and considered in accordance with consumer law where applicable.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service
• Suspend service for violations of these Terms
• Update the Service to improve functionality and security

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODE CUTTER LIMITED (TRADING AS MAILBUTTONS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code Cutter Limited (trading as Mailbuttons) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Code Cutter Limited is registered in England and Wales (company number 08453060) and operates from the United Kingdom.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
